Shipping & Delivery

1.When to deliver the goods?
   We deliver the goods in 4 to 8 weeks after the order.

2.Can I track my order online?
   You may track an order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Also, once an order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number, which you may use to track your order via the carrier's tracking site.

3.How long does shipping take?


  Ocean freight is the most common method of shipping. Transit times can range from 2-5 weeks depending on your location. All goods will shipped from China Shenzhen Yantian port. Our Sell Office is in Shenzhen bordered from Hongkong about 30 minutes distance and  also our warehouse located in New York.

4.What about the packing?
  Our packing is strong enough to withstand bumping and rough handling under normal conditions. Our containers are in complete conformity to the specification laid down by the International Standardization Organization. If necessary, the goods will be packed according to the special way you require. But the extra charges will belong to you.

5.What if the customers receive the incorrect product or the damaged goods?
  A thorough examination by the insurant company will be required first. If the examination showed that the damaged goods were due to improper packing, we would take responsibility to change new same products. But if the products were damaged for the buyers’ uncorrect installation. The ultimate responsibility lies with the buyers.

6.How to Ship?
Shipping time varies between service. Orders are processed and shipped usually the same day before 12 p.m. during a business week. The shipping carriers that we use are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Our online inventory is automatically updated as orders are placed. If the Availability of any item in your order has changed, we will notify you of any backordered items promptly, we will also usually suggest substitute item. If we do not hear from you with you within 3 days, we may choose to ship the rest of your items and close your order. If the customer refuses a shipment the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost required to ship to have the product re-shipped to them
Orders that are shipped to PO Boxes, or a FPO/APO address must use USPS and not UPS.  The customer must change the shipping address to a physical address if using UPS to ship the order. If the customer does not choose this option Eliet Products will change the shipping method and charge for the extra shipping costs. At the end of the purchase checkout we offer a shipping calculator to easily determine the shipping cost associated with that order.
Eliet Products does not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified. Using USPS the shipping time is around 2 to 5 days while UPS ground usually takes 5 to 7 days. Eliet Products also provides 2nd day and next day UPS delivery options.
